We want to hear from you if you’re a nurse who’s been bullied* in the past 5 years

Workplace bullying is prevalent in nursing, yet organisational interventions have often failed to produce the intended positive outcomes.

We’re Massey University researchers exploring how the challenges nurses face in coping with bullying may affect the success of organisational responses.

*Bullying refers to repeated, unwanted negative behaviours like harassment, exclusion, or undermining work.

The MOH would cover programme costs for successful applicants, who would however need to pay for their own accommodation, travel and food.

The MOH said the programme was “firmly grounded” in the realities of public health in New Zealand.

Participants could expect to boost their ability to inspire others, improve their strategic thinking and political savvy, lead change and create a shared purpose in their teams.
