‘Significant’ number apply for NZNO’s top job

There had been “a significant number” of applications for the NZNO chief executive (CE) role, board member Simon Auty told Kai Tiaki Nursing New Zealand.

Applications closed last month. Current CE Memo Musa announced his resignation in December, after nearly eight years in the job. He leaves on February 26.

Auty said the board’s CE employment committee was “moving through the recruitment process” and hoped to appoint a new CE before Musa’s last day.
