Road closed! NZNO members span hospital road for workers’ rights

Marking International Workers’ Day, the Fight Back Together Maranga Ake hui included a road-spanning line across the hospital to nearby Newtown School.

A nationwide string of events recommitted the union movement to a strong organised workforce, full employment, decent wages, and a working life founded on Te Tiriti.
