Alternatively, please phone the member support centre on 0800 28 38 48 and leave a message. Except for public holidays and weekends, on-call staff are available to respond to urgent matters. Calls assessed as urgent will be returned during this time; all other calls will be returned when we re-open on Monday January 5.
