It’s the second run at the bargaining table for NZNO bargaining team member Debbie Handisides and she says it’s been “extremely hard” this time around.

Finding work for new graduates has been a key part of negotiations, she says, but there’s disappointing news about graduate enrolled nurses.

“Now is our time to fight to get you a position in Te Whatu Ora.”
