It’s been a 16-month journey to date, and it’s time to take stock — what do members want?

As Te Whatu Ora bargaining update meetings roll out, and an online survey of members launches on Wednesday February 11, bargaining team chair and Hawke’s Bay delegate Noreen McCallan shares her thoughts on progress.

Bargaining has now run over 16 months, she says, including 40 days of talks — but the team is still united and strong in its determination.
